How we handle the data you choose to send through START.

How START works
The form does not send or store data on a Luve server or database. When you continue, your browser prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; you review the text and decide whether to send it.
Nothing reaches Luve AIgency until you confirm the send action in WhatsApp.
Data that may be included in the message
The message includes the required fields name, company, and main challenge. Email and solution of interest are optional.
If you open the additional context section, you may add processes and tools, previous attempts, company stage, revenue range, and your role in the decision. Every field in this section is optional.
When available, UTM parameters, referrer, and origin route are included only in the prepared text to indicate where the inquiry came from.
You do not enter your WhatsApp number in the form; Luve can only see it after you send the message through WhatsApp itself.
After you send
After you confirm, the message and conversation data are handled in WhatsApp’s systems (Meta), under the service’s privacy policy.
Luve AIgency uses the information to understand the context and respond to the business conversation you started. START does not include permission for promotional communications.
Purpose and legal basis
When you send the message, processing is necessary to respond to your request and take preliminary steps related to a potential contract at your request (Art. 7, V, of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law — LGPD). Where applicable, it may also rely on the legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry you initiated, while respecting your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 7, IX, LGPD).
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
We only use your browser’s sessionStorage to remember that the opening animation has already played in the current session — it does not identify you and never leaves your device.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, and the other applicable rights under Art. 18 of the LGPD by writing to contato@luveaigency.com.
